Absentee Ballot Applications for the November 2, 2021 Municipal Election are available from the Town Clerk. Please call 860-684-1765.

You are eligible to vote by absentee ballot if you are unable to appear at the polling place during the hours of voting for the following reasons:

Covid 19; active service in the Armed forces of the United States; absence from the town during all hours of voting; illness; duties as an election official at a polling place other than your own during all hours of voting; physical disability; religious tenets that forbid secular activity on the day of the election.

*Connecticut House Bill 1202 of the June Special Session 2021 has determined that the existence of the COVID-19 virus allows you to vote by absentee ballot if you so choose for your own safety.
