Free Huntington's Disease Symposium Taking Place in April

The symposium is open to all families and medical professionals and will take place at Backus Hospital in Norwich.

The Huntington’s Disease Society of America Connecticut Affiliate is sponsoring a symposium on Huntington’s Disease and is open to all families and medical professionals.

Registration is 9 to 9:30 a.m. The symposium starts at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 3:15 p.m. The topics presented by Huntington’s disease experts in their field include clinical trial and research updates, genetic testing considerations and process, general discussion on family needs and more.

The forum provides the public with an opportunity to learn about the disease, resources available and time to interact one-to-one with Huntington’s disease professionals.
