On July 13, 2014, Dybowski and Armand Cyr, 38, were in Dybowski’s Vernon Avenue apartment, allegedly using heroin, when they began to play Russian Roulette.

Dybowski had put the gun to his own head and pulled the trigger. Cyr then did the same thing. A friend, who was on an online video chat with the pair, saw Cyr fire the gun and slump back, initially thinking Cyr was playing a joke on him.

Dybowski was arrested in August of 2014.
