On Friday, June 13, Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity broke ground on a single family home in West Hartford. Bank of America donated the land, and the home is expected to be completed in the summer of 2015. In addition to helping build their future home, the new homeowners, Manichanh (Noy) Sysavat and Roungnapha Sayasith, will attend homeownership education classes covering financial literacy, budgeting, and insurance issues.
