WEST HARTFORD, CT — A two-vehicle accident on Interstate 84 in West Hartford snarled traffic Monday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared. The DOT reports the accident occurred on I-84 West between exits 41 and 40, resulting in the closure of the shoulders and, later, the closure of the two left lanes there.
