WEST HARTFORD, CT — Traffic was backed up on Interstate 84 in West Hartford late Tuesday morning after a two-vehicle accident, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared. The DOT reports the crash was on I-84 East between exits 39A and 40, resulting in the closure of the left lane.
