Letter: Yopp Has 'Drive, Energy And Enthusiasm' To Serve 20th House

To the editor:

I’m writing this letter on behalf of Anastasia Yopp, who is our candidate for State Rep in District 20, which includes Newington and West Hartford.

Anastasia has the drive, energy and enthusiasm of 10 people rolled into one person.

I’ve watched her tirelessly and fearlessly knock doors, attend events and talk to people of all ages and political parties within the district and beyond.

Anastasia believes in giving a hand up to her constituents. But she is not on the side of giving massive handouts.

She is in favor of fiscal sanity and of balancing budgets effectively.

Anastasia is a federal loan officer and a school board member.

As a member of the Finance Committee in Newington, Anastasia was in part responsible for helping to lower the mill rate for residents. We are grateful to her for this.

Anastasia will take all of this expertise to the State level once she is elected to office.

I urge voters in District 20, Newington and West Hartford to place their vote for Anastasia Yopp, a young, energetic, smart, sensible, kind, caring and dedicated future star of the Republican Party!
