New West Hartford Center Apartments Will Offer 'Luxury Living': Report

One- and two-bedroom units could be ready by fall 2023 and will likely cost between $3K and $4K monthly, the Hartford Courant reported.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The Byline, a new apartment complex steps from Blue Back Square, could open in fall 2023 — and its developer is advertising "luxury living," the Hartford Courant reported.

The apartment building will be located at 920 and 924 Farmington Ave., and one- and two-bedroom units at are expected to cost between $3,000 and and $4,000 monthly, the Courant said.

They will be the first new apartments to pop up in the West Hartford Center area in six years, according to the newspaper.
