WEST HARTFORD, CT — The annual "Celebrate! West Hartford" festival will return this year, and the town is looking for volunteers to set up, great exhibitors, sell tickets and more.
The festival, which according to the town's website attracts nearly 40,000 people each year, will take place on June 11 and 12. Officials said they've relied on volunteers since 1987 and nearly 1,000 volunteer hours are needed to run it.
