Property owners and community members are invited to suggest potential locations.
The ideal spot would be a three-to-four-story building with a solid, windowless wall, ideally located where it’s prominently seen from the street.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for property owners to turn one wall of their building into a stunning artwork that will inspire all who see it," wrote the town.
