West Hartford Town Council Treated To Song From Les Miserables

See why the three singers got a standing ovation from the councilors.

Members of the West Hartford Town Council on Tuesday night were treated to a song from Les Miserables, which is being performed by the West Hartford Community Theater.

More than 300 people auditioned for the show's cast, which has just 78 members. Of those, 65 percent are West Hartford residents.

Michael Morales, Sydney Weisner and Katie Meagher performed "A Heart Full of Love," which earned a standing ovation from councilors.

Les Miserables will be performed the first two weekends of November at Sedgwick Middle School. Tickets may be purchased at www.whtheater.org.
