West Hartford's 'Playhouse' Hosting Open Mic Night Thursday

WEST HARTFORD, CT — In conjunction with Playhouse on Park’s upcoming production of 'Singin' the Rain,' the theatre will host an Open Mic Night on Thursday, July 24.

The program will follow the 7:30 p.m. performance of the show (roughly 10 p.m. to midnight) at Playhouse's West Hartford location at 244 Park Road.

Guests may attend the show and stay, or come to the Playhouse after the show.

"Come and sing or just enjoy those that do," wrote Playhouse on Park.

Accompaniment will be provided by music director Melanie Guerin.

Guests can bring their sheet music. The event is free, BYOB, and open to the public.

Tickets are now on sale for the play, with prices ranging from $25 to $55.. Group rates are available.
