$250,000 In Damage To Local Business Reported, Man Charged: Wethersfield Police
Police said the accused was charged on a warrant for the December 2024 incident and he was released on a $10,000 bond.
WETHERSFIELD, CT — A man is accused of causing approximately $250,000 in damage to turf fields at a local business, police said.
On Thursday, December 26, 2024, police were notified by the owner of the Winding Brook Turf Farm that multiple turf fields had been "intentionally vandalized with a motor vehicle," causing about $250,000 in damage, police said.
After an investigation, police said Dylan K. Swanson, 22, of Marlborough, was the suspect. He was charged on a warrant with first-degree criminal mischief, and he was released on a $10,000 bond.
