Update: Wethersfield Wreck Cleared

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A crash-filled morning in the greater Hartford area continued with a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 91 in Wethersfield, but it has since been cleared.

The state Department of Transportation reports the accident was on I-91 south between exits 28 and 26.

As a result, the right lane was closed, according to the DOT.

The incident was first reported at 10:38 a.m. and it is now now longer listed on the DOT's incident list.
