• CT woman allegedly seen slumped over wheel on I-91 arrested after fleeing state police (courant.com) — An early-morning traffic stop on I-91 in Wethersfield turned into a high-speed pursuit through town and into Glastonbury before troopers later found the driver asleep in the car, according to state police. Investigators say the vehicle was reported stolen and numerous charges were filed, highlighting an incident that began on a Wethersfield highway shoulder and briefly disrupted local roads.
   

• West Haven man arrested for allegedly selling stolen cars (wtnh.com) — State investigators based in Wethersfield say a months-long probe into allegedly stolen vehicles led to the arrest of a West Haven man accused of running a multi-state car title and forgery scheme. Authorities report multiple vehicles were seized and numerous fraud-related charges filed, with the suspect due in Milford court next week as the investigation continues.
