Road Work Causing Delays On Interstate 91 In Wethersfield

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Motorists should be prepared for delays on Interstate 91 in Wethersfield Thursday, as road work there is expected to cause some lane closures.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the two left lanes on I-91 northbound between exits 25 and 28 will be closed until 3:31 p.m. Thursday.

Work began at about 8:45 a.m., according to the DOT, and the lane closures will impact about 1.4 miles of interstate highway.
