Customs and décor associated with a New England Christmas of the 1840s will be on display in the Isaac Stevens House’s foyer, dining parlor, parlor, kitchen, and children’s bedroom and toy room. Holiday décor and celebrations as they have evolved into the 20th century will be highlighted in the foyer, Yorktown Parlor, and best parlor of the Joseph Webb House. The Silas Deane House parlor, study, kitchen, and dining room will be decorated for the observance of New Year’s Day during the 18th century, when women of the household held their annual receptions.
