The winning scratch ticket worth $20k was recently sold at a Wethersfield business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
WETHERSFIELD - A North Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Wethersfield earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 14, Robert Bissell Jr., of North Haven, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Shanoo Store in Wethersfield and won $20,000.
