Wethersfield Resident Joins Board of Aurora Women and Girls Foundation
Tina St. Pierre, Partner at Ares Management, Is a Lifelong Wethersfield Resident

Wethersfield resident Tina St. Pierre, a Partner and Chief Operating Officer in the Secondaries Group of Ares Management, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Aurora Women and Girls Foundation, a non-profit based in West Hartford.
The appointment was finalized during Aurora’s Annual Meeting on March 28, when the organization kicked off its 24th year of gender-focused research and grantmaking aimed at expanding college and career opportunities for women and girls.
“I am very excited about joining the Aurora Board so I can increase my involvement with this impactful organization that does so much to address gender and racial inequity,” said St. Pierre, a longtime Aurora supporter.

St. Pierre, a lifelong resident of Wethersfield, is also a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council at Ares. Previously, she had been a Partner and Chief Administrative Officer at Landmark Partners and a Senior Tax Accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP.
A graduate of Bryant College and a CPA, she also serves on the Boards for Connecticut Children's and Junior Achievement.

“We are thrilled to strengthen Aurora’s already strong Board with the addition of an outstanding community leader like Tina,” said Jennifer Steadman, PhD, Executive Director of the Aurora Women and Girls Foundation.
Two other women were also elected to Aurora’s Board: Rauchell Beckford-Anderson of Simsbury, a Labor and Employment attorney at Shipman and Goodwin, LLP, and Katherine Hall of West Granby, the Vice President of Global Programs for Koyamada International Foundation.
