On Nov. 7 at about 8:00a.m. a 2007 Toyota Corolla traveling northbound on Danbury Rd had come to a stop for a red light at the intersection of Cricket Lane when it was struck from the rear by a 1997 Ford Econoline van, according to Wilton Police.
The driver of the Toyota, Serna Gonzalez of Snohomish WA, complained of neck and back pain and was transported to Norwalk Hospital by Wilton EMS.
The driver of the van, Glenn Benson of Locust Valley, NY received a verbal warning for Following Too Close.
