Chabad of Wilton To Launch With Chanukah Party

WILTON, CT — Chabad of Wilton will host its first event in the newly opened Jewish community center on Sunday, Dec. 29.

The family friendly Chanukah party from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. is the group's "soft opening" and will be the first of many community celebrations to be held at the center, according to its director, Rabbi Yehudah Kantor.

Activities will include dreidel making, candle making, Chanukah sand art, doughnut decorating a "dreidel moon bounce," Chanukah story time, and a special kids' show by Bobby Doowah.

The Wilton Chabad Center is located at 21 River Road in Wilton.
