Destroying Your Hard Drive? Not so Easy
Wilton Library has an event scheduled for Saturday to help you safely dispose of your old computer without worrying about your personal information.
On Saturday, Nov. 23, Wilton Library is hosting a session on how to destroy your hard drive from 10:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. If you are looking to get rid of your old computer but worried about your personal information stored on the hard drive, let Wilton Library's Robotics team take care of it This is a team fundraiser and the fee is a mere $20 per computer.
The Robotics team will destroy your hard drive while you wait. How cool is that? No registration is necessary. The event is at the Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road (203) 762-3950.
