Wilton police charged a Newtown man after a DUI bust last week
WILTON, CT — A Newtown man faces a series of motor vehicle charges following a traffic stop in Wilton on the night of May 29, according to local police.
Police said Quinlan Hart, 26, was stopped at approximately 10:41 p.m. near the intersection of Pimpewaug Road and Skunk Lane. Following an investigation, Hart was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and failure to maintain the proper lane.
In Connecticut, the legal blood alcohol content limit for driving is 0.08 percent for those 21 and older.

Hart paid 7 percent of a $300 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on June 10. No injuries or medical transports were reported in connection with the incident.
