DUIs, 'Wrong Number' Harassing Phone Call in Wilton

3/10: Police pulled over a vehicle for passing a car on the right while speeding on Rte. 7, according to police reports. Upon subsequent inspection, police said they found the driver, David Mondin, 25, of Willard Road in Orange, Conn., “to be intoxicated in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia,” according to police reports. Police charged Modin with passing on the right and speeding, operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; he was released on a promise to appear in court, according to police reports.

3/11: Police said they pulled over a vehicle for speeding on Rte. 7 near the area of New Street. Upon subsequent inspection, police said the driver, Sean Fredricks, 35, of Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York, to had “consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving and was unable to perform the standardized field sobriety tests as directed,” police reports say. Fredicks was charged with speeding and operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and was released on a $500 bond, then issued a promise to appear in court, reports state.

Wrong number harassment

3/9: Police received a complaint of a harassing phone call to a Wilton resident, except the harassment was apparently meant for someone else, police said.
