Dylan Song, Einstein Drawing, Among Hot Items At Wilton Auction

Bidding goes live Wednesday for over 450 lots of historical materials from the Wilton-based auction house.

WILTON, CT — Looking to add the handwritten lyrics to Bob Dylan's "Blowin' in The Wind," signed by the troubadour himself, to your classic rock memorabilia collection?

Wondering about how about an original signed geometry drawing by Albert Einstein would look framed on your den wall?

These dreams and more can be fulfilled at the Wilton-based University Archives' "Rare Autographs, Manuscripts, Books & Memorabilia" auction, which went live Wednesday at 10 a.m.

The Dylan lyrics won't come cheaply, hit bio-pic movie or not. The proto-protest song scrawl is estimated to fetch between $60,000 and $70,000. You're looking at between $30,000 and $40,000 if your eyes are on the Einstein sketch.

Expect more fierce bids for an April '79 edition of Interview magazine, signed by Andy Warhol; a Florida voting machine from the infamous Bush vs. Gore 200 presidential election, complete with "hanging chad;" and a miniature portrait of Thomas Jefferson, accompanied by some of his hair.
