Expect Delays: Route 53 In Wilton Scheduled For Paving Work

WILTON, CT — The State Department of Transportation is planning to mill and pave Cedar Road/Route 53 from Chestnut Hill Road to the Weston Town line, according to a notification from the Town of Wilton. The state is also planning to pave into Weston on Norfield Road up to Weston Road/Route 57.

The work will occur from approximately 7 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m., beginning on or about June 5, and run for two weeks, weather permitting
