To gain the support of the Independent Party of Connecticut, in part, Healy answered an in-depth survey, sharing her vision and ideas on issues ranging across the environment, housing, education, ranked-choice voting, spending and taxes, infrastructure and more. Healy is also endorsed by the Republican Party.

“I am honored to receive the endorsement of the Independent Party of Connecticut, a party grounded in shepherding common-sense ideas and solutions to address the many issues facing our State,” said Healy. “Their backing demonstrates my dedication to collaboration and working across the aisle with others – not defining individuals by their party affiliation or where they may or may not stand on a particular issue. As I move forward with our positive campaign, I take the movement of independent thinking with me and always trying to find ways to work together.”
