On Nov. 21, Gregory and Heather Hall sold the property at 55 Boulder Brook Road to Weijie Wang and Yi Wu for $570,000.
On Nov. 26, Christopher and Karen Myers sold the property at 37 Mayapple Road to Cara and Scott Schwartz for $705,000.
