Does anyone in your family work in politics or government? No

Previous public office, appointive or elective: I am a member of the Wilton Zoning Board of Appeals and a member of the Wilton Architectural Review Board

Why are you seeking this office? I'm running for Planning & Zoning because Wilton's current development process is broken—it fails to meaningfully incorporate public input and tries to work out town-wide goals through individual projects, serving no one well. Drawing on my experience leading corporate turnarounds and volunteer organizations like Wilton CERT, I want to create a cohesive development policy that reflects what residents actually want while streamlining the process for property owners. My vision is to redesign how we gather public comment upfront and develop clear guidelines that can efficiently guide future projects, helping Wilton embrace thoughtful growth through strong, bi-partisan leadership.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it: Their lack of ability to have an impact

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post? I have a proven record of doing due diligence and developing processes

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign? Our P&Z spends its time micro-managing on zoning and design and little time planning.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job? As Executive Director of Wilton CERT I have broadened our officer ranks and increased participation of all of our volunteers.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you? Creativity is a group sport: listen to all participants, the gems are often found where no one ever thought to listen.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions? I believe Wilton is at a pivotal moment. Growth is not just a possibility in the next five to ten years; it's a reality. Our choice isn't if we grow, but how we grow. Resisting change is a strategy that rarely succeeds. Instead, I will champion a proactive, community-driven master plan for Wilton's future. By strategically planning for the growth we want, we can expand our tax base, fund our excellent schools and town services, and enhance the beautiful, organized community we all cherish.
