Pawling Man Charged In Wilton Public Indecency Case Involving Teens

WILTON, CT — A Pawling, N.Y. man is facing multiple charges following a reported incident of public indecency involving two teenage girls in Wilton, police said.

On March 29 around 5:25 p.m., officers were called to Godfrey Place near Hubbard Road after a man reportedly exposed himself while parked near a 14-year-old girl and her friend. According to the complaint, the man pulled up in a red sedan, called out to the teens, and then touched his genitals while asking if they "liked this."

Following the incident, investigators reviewed surveillance and observed a red Nissan Altima with New York license plates circling Wilton Center eight times within one hour. A similar complaint was later reported to Ridgefield police involving a vehicle matching that description.

Wilton police identified 33-year-old Dylan Tuz as a suspect. He later turned himself in and was processed on two felony counts of risk of injury to a child, two misdemeanor counts of public indecency, and two counts of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting 7 percent of his $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on April 9.

After his release, Tuz was taken into custody by Ridgefield police in connection with their investigation.
