V-Day Cards, Cookies and Tea from BabyCat

Keep the dollars local and share the love with these three totally-Wilton based products available at BabyCat Milkbar in Wilton.

For those looking for sweets and eats to gift a loved one with, consider awesomely Wilton-based lines of Valentine’s Day Cards, cookies, and teas.

BabyCat is offering V-Day cards that are locally hand-made on an antique press from Saltbox Press, a home business operated by Wiltonian Lynda Cambell. See the photo for an example. (Many other Saltbox Press items are available at .)

Also coming soon are cookies from The Painted Cookie, a Silvermine*-based business operated by Susan Schmitt.

"The Painted Cookie offers custom designed sugar cookies through caterers and limited retailers in the area," said Schmitt in an email to Patch.**

Of course, if you’re looking to share the love through some tea, BabyCat co-owner Jeena Choi recommends the Ruby Slipper tea.

“It’s a hibiscus tea that blends bright red. It’s fruity, juicy, and tasty,” said Choi, whose local tea company named Mamacat's Q.Tea is—you guessed it—
