Wilton Launches New Online Portal For Building, Health, And Zoning Permits

Wilton residents and contractors can now apply for, track, and pay for permits online through a new OpenGov portal.

WILTON, CT — The Town of Wilton has launched a new online system that allows residents, contractors, and businesses to apply for permits and licenses digitally through the OpenGov platform.

The Building Department announced Wednesday that the Online Permitting and Licensing Portal is now live, making it easier to submit applications, upload documents, track approvals, and pay fees securely from any device.

According to the department, the system improves efficiency and transparency while saving time for both applicants and staff. The platform also sends automatic email notifications and updates as applications progress.
