In Jan. 2011, Wilton Patch :

“David Pollack, 31, of Old Huckleberry Road was arrested for the third time in the past few months due to a domestic violence situation. Pollack turned himself in on Jan. 19 when he found out there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Pollack had been involved in a domestic incident two previous times and as a result of those arrests, Norwalk court had issued a protective order that stated he was not allowed to threaten, harass or assault his live-in partner, though the two were still permitted to reside together. Pollack allegedly violated that order by pushing the victim in the chest and grabbing him by the shoulders and also threatening him with bodily harm. Pollack was eventually charged with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, and second-degree threatening. He was held on a $10,000 bond for a Jan. 20 court date.”
