Wilton Nonprofits Approved For State Tax Credit Program Funding
Several Wilton nonprofits were approved for Connecticut's 2025 Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit Program.
WILTON, CT — Several Wilton nonprofits have been approved to receive funding for projects through Connecticut’s 2025 Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit Program, town officials announced Wednesday.
The program allows businesses and corporations to receive cash donations from businesses and corporations who will then earn a tax credit for their gift.
The following Wilton non-profits and projects are officially eligible:

- Circle of Care for Families with Children with Cancer, Adolescent and Young Adult Education Award — $50,000
- Friends of the Norwalk River Valley Trail, Trail Design for the Ridge Route — $12,000
- Connecticut Housing Partners, Wilton Commons I and II Energy Efficiency Upgrade Program — $150,000
- Riverbrook Regional YMCA, Energy-Efficient Air Curtain for Main Lobby — $10,920
- Grumman Hill Montessori Association, Window and Boiler Replacement — $150,000
- Wilton Congregational Church, Community Kitchen Energy Upgrade — $3,850
- Wilton Historical Society, Energy-Efficient HVAC and Roofs for Historic Buildings — $120,000
- Wilton Land Conservation Trust, Virtual Stewardship Hybrid Programming — $6,422
- Wilton Soccer Association, Recreational and Developmental Soccer Program — $25,000
- Wilton Youth Council, Youth to Youth Program (Middlebrook and Wilton High School) — $10,000
- Wilton Youth Council, Parent Programs — $5,000
Corporations and business donors can electronically submit Form NAA-02, the pledge form used to designate support for a specific program, to the Department of Revenue Services between September 15th and October 1st, 2025. The NAA-02 forms will be available on the program's website beginning Sept. 15. This website has all of the details of the program, including how to claim tax credit for a donation.
First Selectman Toni Boucher congratulated the nonprofits, noting their work provides “tremendous value for our town.”
