Wilton Police Seek Owner of Backpack Found Near Pimpewaug Road
Wilton police are asking the public to help identify the owner of a backpack found near Pimpewaug Road.
WILTON, CT — The Wilton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of a small backpack that was found Thursday near the intersection of Pimpewaug and Cannon roads.
The backpack, which contained no identifying information, was turned in to police shortly after 5 p.m. on July 24.
Anyone who believes the backpack may belong to them—or to someone they know—is asked to contact the Wilton Police Department at 240 Danbury Road or by phone at 203-834-6260. Callers should be prepared to provide a detailed description of the backpack and its contents.
