Polls will be open Tues., May 14 from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m., allowing Windsor residents to show their support or shoot down a budget approved by the town council.  Council members sent a $101.2 million budget to referendum weeks ago, after reducing Town Manager Peter Souza's proposal by $1 million. Among the most controversial cuts made was a $100 thousand reduction in funds requested by the board of education. The budget residents will vote on Tuesday represents a 2.18 percent tax hike, before revaluation is considered. Where can you vote? Voters in Windsor are assigned to a polling location when they are registered to vote. Unsure of which district your house is in?
