Windsor resident Carol Strucks is making lunch time in Windsor Center that much better; bringing Nathan's and Hebrew National franks to town.
Strucks set up shop on the corner of Broad Street and Maple Avenue Tues., May 21.
According to Strucks, she's offering dogs with the classic dressings, including mustards that run the spicy gamut and sauerkraut.
Strucks said her favorite dog is a Hebrew National with a buttery sauerkraut and onion mixture she whips up at home.
When asked why those frequenting Windsor Center should stop at her cart, she simply said, "Because I'm serving the best."
