April 26
Tyshaun Foster, 20, of 300 High Path Road in Windsor, was charged with third-degree robbery, interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny.
April 28
Marquise Caudill, 19, of 11 Franklin Avenue in Windsor, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, attempting to commit a crime, and second-degree criminal trespassing.
Fedal Saunders, 18, of 5 Jaybee Drive in Bloomfield, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, attempting to commit a crime, second-degree criminal trespassing and the manufacture or possession of burglar's tools.
Kirian Echevarria, 25, of 901 Windsor Avenue in Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and improper use of high beam lights.
