May 3 Montel Grant, of 160 Rogers Street in Hartford, was charged with the sale of narcotics and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle. Deasean Weaver, 26, of 133 Burnham Street in Hartford, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree strangulation, breach of peace and third-degree assault. May 5 Sandro Gonzalez, 42, of 209 Bristol Street in Springfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
