May 31 Kenneth Barber, 52, of 100 Lancaster Road in Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct. Lewis Rodriguez, 36, of 242 High Path Road in Windsor, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and public disturbance. June 1 Horace Richards, 24, of 26 Tamarack Drive in Windsor, was charged with possession of a fewer than four ounces of marijuana, unauthorized manufacture or sale of narcotics, possession of paraphernalia. Todd Bianco, 31, of 10 Audrey Lane in Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. June 3 Richard Faircloth, 44, of 2691 Hickory Fork Road in Gloucester, Virginia, was charged with unlawful discharge of firearms. Angela Mangino, 43, of 29 Stinson Place in Windsor, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, second-degree forgery and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.
