360 FCU Hosts Alex's Lemonade Stand For Childrens' Cancer Cure

From Alex's Lemonade Stand: In an effort to join the battle against childhood cancer, 360 Federal Credit Union (FCU) will host an Alex’s Lemonade Stand during Alex’s Lemonade Days.

Our 360FCU corporate branch on Rt. 75-191 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Windsor Locks, CT and our Enfield branch- 385 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT will host a stand on Friday, June 9th from 11 am to 3 pm.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a nonprofit dedicated to finding cures for all kids with cancer, invites volunteers of all ages across the country to take a “stand” against childhood cancer when Alex’s Lemonade Days returns June 3-11, 2017. New this year, Alex’s Lemonade Days will run an entire week instead of just one weekend. ALSF is also introducing three families as National Lemonade Days Hero Ambassadors. These three families have been personally impacted by childhood cancer and will spread awareness about the ongoing childhood cancer fight by sharing their personal stories.

Founded by Alex Scott (1996-2004) in 2004, Alex’s Lemonade Days is a national event that grew out of Alex's front yard lemonade stand. Held every June, an estimated 10,000 volunteers will host over 2,000 Alex’s Lemonade Stands around the nation making a difference for children with cancer. Alex’s Lemonade Days 2017 is set for June 3-11!
