East Windsor Issues Parking Ban As Snowy Weather Is Forecast

A townwide on-street parking ban begins Friday, officials said.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — A parking ban will go into effect Friday evening due to forecasted winter weather, East Windsor officials announced.

The ban begins at 5 p.m. Friday, December 26th, and will remain in place through 8 p.m. Saturday, December 27th, according to a notice shared by the town.

During that time, all vehicles must be removed from the streets. Any cars left parked on town roads may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense, officials warned.

Parking bans are typically issued to allow public works crews and emergency responders to operate safely and keep roadways clear during winter storms.
