The town of East Windsor has granted a trucking company emergency authority to work over this weekend from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. to help the state Department of Transportation repair the section of Route 140 near Route 191.In a letter Herb Holden Trucking, Assistant Town Planner Robin Newton set forth the following routes that are authorized to run truck traffic:<ul><li>Windsorville Road to Chamberlain Road to Apothecaries Road when headed to the volume reduction facility. </li></ul><ul><li>Windsorville Road to Wapping Road when headed to the Earth Product Removal Operation.</li></ul>The authorization is good only until the repair is complete, according to Newton.
