When it comes to your favorite liquor store,  came out ahead in the Readers' Choice contest this week for the East Windsor, Windsor Locks and Windsor area. The Bridge Street property in East Windsor, near Geissler's Supermarket, was chosen by readers because of its "great location and the prices are great". Two other area establishments that readers highly recommend for their service, selection and prices are <a href="http://www.joesfinewineandspirits.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Joe's Fine Wine and Spirits</a> in East Windsor and in Windsor. Reader Bob Lyke wrote that Joe's "has one of the largest offerings of beer in the Norteast. Leslie Hickey is continually giving back to the community via donations and fundraisers for great causes, and he was businessman of the year in 2011 in East Windsor." Join us Tuesday when we ask you for your suggestions on where the best beach or swimming hole is to cool off this summer.
