2. Federal Government Plans To Confiscate Boca Bridges House, Cars Of Alleged Fraudster (bocanewsnow.com) — Federal prosecutors are moving to seize a Boca Bridges home in west Boca Raton, along with luxury cars, an airplane, jewelry, and bank accounts, as part of a major COVID-19 testing fraud case. Authorities allege the Boca Raton property and other assets were bought with proceeds from a multimillion‑dollar Medicare and Medicaid scam, and have detailed them in a new forfeiture filing.
   

3. Breaking News: No to SaveBoca Motion to Intervene (bocaratontribune.com) — A judge has denied the SaveBoca political committee’s attempt to intervene in litigation over two public-land ballot questions tied to Boca Raton’s planned downtown government campus. The ruling leaves the city’s own referendum moving ahead while tensions rise between SaveBoca founder Jon Pearlman and retired attorney Ned Kimmelman, who is demanding Pearlman stop accusing him of “judge shopping.”
   

4. West Boca Raton Man Harassment of Ex-Girlfriend Lands Him in Jail, Contacted Her Up 1,000 Times in a Week (tapinto.net) — Palm Beach County deputies recently arrested a West Boca Raton man accused of repeatedly threatening and harassing his ex-girlfriend, including hundreds of calls and messages in a single week. Investigators say his behavior escalated to in-person confrontations near her home, and he remains jailed on multiple felony charges with bond set at $60,000.
