The following attended the conference where Manatee County was recognized as the first in Florida to become no kill. Over 1,000 attended the conference representing 48 States and 9 Countries. Over 200 counties/cities have recently become no kill. Manatee County is the first in Florida. Miami/Dade and Broward have followed Manatee Counties lead to "No Kill".
