‘Armed And Dangerous’ Man Sought By Bradenton Police
Bradenton Police are looking for a man in connection with a recent armed robbery that left a clerk injured.

BRADENTON, FL — The Bradenton Police Department is asking for help tracking down a man detectives say is responsible for robbing the Little Country Store at knife point last week.
According to the agency, Tyrone Burns Jr., 27, has a warrant out for his arrest on armed robbery charges. Burns stands about 5-foot-11, weighs an estimated 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He is considered homeless, an email from the agency said. Burns also has a tattoo written across his neck that reads “Blood.”
Burns is accused of walking into the Little Country Store, 825 15th St. E., shortly before 8 a.m. Dec. 15. Once inside, detectives say he robbed the store, leaving a female clerk suffering from a cut to her lip.

“Mr. Burns is considered to be armed and dangerous,” an email from the police department said. “Mr. Burns may be in possession of a knife.”
Burns is known to frequent Manatee County’s drug areas, the police department added.

Anyone who sees Burns is asked to call 911 or the Bradenton Police Department at 941-932-9300. Anonymous tips may also be submitted through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-866-634-8477. Tips called into Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
