They found a woman with a gunshot wound to her leg and learned that another victim, a man with a gunshot wound to his torso, was brought to the hospital, police said.

Witnesses told investigators after Scott got into an argument with the other man, he left the bar and returned minutes later armed with a gun.

He fired multiple rounds at the man. The woman who was hit was a bystander, police said.

Witnesses described the shooter to police. Officers obtained video footage from several city of Bradenton cameras that caught him leaving the tavern and driving away in a maroon SUV.

Detectives identified Scott as the suspect and learned that he left the Bradenton area following the shooting.

They tracked him to Osceola County, where he was arrested.
