There was a boil order notice for the Cortez Road area to allow for water sampling.

The boil water notice in Bradenton is now lifted in the area of Cortez Road.
The city received the laboratory results from water testing that shows satisfactory completion of the bacteria surveys showing that the water is safe to drink.
City crews are passing out flyers now.
The city of Bradenton issued the "boil water" notice on Tuesday, June 4, to allow for the repair of a broken water valve in the area of Cortez Road.
