Bradenton Police Department Phones Back Up
An outage was affecting incoming non-emergency calls at the Bradenton Police Department.

BRADENTON, FL — Telephone lines at the Bradenton Police Department are back up and working as they should. The agency announced its non-emergency system was operational once more shortly after 1 p.m. Dec. 22.

Bradenton residents who need to get in touch with the police department Thursday are being asked to use different numbers than they're accustomed to. An outage is affecting the agency’s regular incoming non-emergency lines.

According to the police department, the outage is not affecting 911. Residents in need of police assistance who are not in emergency situations are asked to call 941-932-9394 or 941-932-9393.
It is unclear how long the outage may last.
